Fernando Rosa’s Mango Groove
This versatile new spirit has FUTURE CLASSIC written all over it.
Dreamt up during a late night trans-Atlantic jam session with Brazilian bass sensation Fernando Rosa, we have bottled the tropics, distilling (boat loads of) mango, coconut, lime and vanilla into the perfect summer banger for 2022.
Mango Groove is delicious sipping on its own or over ice, with your favorite mixer as well as being an awesome base for cocktails, but in our humble opinion, 2022 is the Year Of The Mango Sour! Dangerously good, trust us.

Summer Solstice Vermouth - Cruentus
A Nordic take on Italian Vermouth, concocted in collaboration with my friends and kindred spirits from Æblerov & Herbal Salvation.
Guided by the alchemy of Ria from Herbal Salvation, we ventured out and hand gathered herbs in different parts of the country during the longest, most magical days of the year, Summer Solstice, and then again on June’s full moon day. From salty seashores, through dense forests, to Ria’s enchanting garden, we were able to build a versatile 20+ botanical list. Selected highlights include: Rose petals, Sea Sandwort, Wood Sorrel, Pine shoots, Lemon Beebrush, Mugwort, Sage, Yarrow, and my personal favorite: Cotton Lavender.
We then extracted everything, before blending with a majestic 2017 vintage of Sangiovese from Tre Monti.
Nose: Perfumey rose hip, sweet boysenberries, candied cherries, light warming booze and spices
Palate: Rose hip, fruity acidity up front, figs, raisins, sweet, ripe boysenberries and a drying, tannic finish

Repeater III
For the latest installment in our ongoing REPEATER series, we set out to create a coffee gin with an unusual flavor profile. To do so, we teamed up with our long-time friends from Chicago, Dark Matter Coffee, and German gin cardinal, Heiko Hoos.
DMC provided some of their amazing Bavarian wheat yeast fermented Cautai coffee beans from Guatemala, which Heiko then skillfully distilled in his lab in Karlsruhe following a challenging but fun cherry, coffee, cocoa, vanilla (and juniper) test and tweak process.

Stigmata - Bitter Tears
FROM HENCEFORTH LET NO MAN TROUBLE ME : FOR I BEAR IN MY BODY THE MARKS OF THE STIG
Stigmata was conceived in the midst of a global pandemic with the notion of combining chaos and serenity into a sacrilegious potion.
Under supreme guidance by our priestess Herbal Salvation, we combined a multitude of herbs, roots and other clandestine bits and pieces, making this bittersweet liqueur a host of extraordinary impressions, sensations and curses.
Honorable mentions: hops, fennel seeds, sage, passionflower, mullein, Dark Matter Coffee beans, wormwood, mugwort, birch leaves, lavender flower, cardamom, rose petals, Norwegian Spruce resin, dandelion root, rose hips, damiana...
Distilled with the help from our clergies from Gargantua Micro Distillery
Eternal love for Stig & Kerstin ♥️

This is FANTOMA: a Nordic take on blanc vermouth, concocted in collaboration with our friends and kindred spirits from Æblerov, Herbal Salvation and Weingut Meierer.
FANTOMA is born into a diffuse and ghostly borderland, taking inspiration from a multitude of expressions of vermouth. Guided by the alchemy of Herbal Salvation, we gathered botanicals in the wild of our To Øl City home, and extracted these in a blend of white grain spirit and a Jura barrel-aged cider with free-run Riesling made with grapes from Weingut Meierer. This resulted in a sweet pale vermouth saturated with flavors of vinous fruit and honeysuckle, veiled in a herbaceous fog of mint, lemon verbena, wormwood, meadowsweet and candied orange peel to name a few. With a solid base sweetness, restrained bitterness and an other-worldly green hue, FANTOMA explores new frontiers of a vast wilderness of hybrid spirits.

The Rum Barrel Aged Sparkling Aeromantic Riesling is a pét-nat on Riesling grapes concocted in collaboration with Mikkeller, Weingut Meierer, Phantom Spirits, and The Night Flight Orchestra.
It is a sparkling take on the Riesling wine from Matthias Meierer and the steep slated slopes of Kesten, Mosel. After dwelling for just the right time in the extravagant and sophisticated company of a Larmandier-Bernier champagne barrel, most recently being the dark and woody home of an 8y Barbados rum, this sparkling wine exhibits notes of honeydew melon, green apple and light petrol, veiled in a chalky minerality yet fruity honey-sweet softness. The fruit character and the smooth acidity of the Riesling base, is kept in check by the Rum-washed staves of the Larmandier-Bernier barrel, swathed with the insisting treacly sweetness and warmth of the Barbados rum. All this is wrapped up and sent into stratospheric flight, forcefully propelled by the prickly, elegant bubbles of CO2.
