Phantom Spirits is a Copenhagen-based craft spirits company focused on experimental barrel ageing. We work with premium rums and other select spirits, giving them new character through secondary and tertiary maturation in barrels with history — beer, wine, spirits, and the occasional oddity.

Each release is small-batch and one-off. No repeats. No replicas. Just honest, limited editions shaped by careful sourcing, time, wood, and curiosity.

In 2025, Phantom welcomed back Mikkel Bjergsø (Mikkeller) as co-owner alongside CEO Paul Roome, strengthening our link between flavour, craft, and creative collaboration.

Our visual identity is created with illustrator Mads Berg, whose modern-deco work reflects the same values we put into our bottles: considered, timeless, and quietly expressive.  Søren Runge of MRC fame heads up our commercial division
