WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to most countries within the European Union. Due to the nature of our products (alcohol), we are unable to ship to certain countries or regions where import restrictions apply. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to fulfil your order at this time.

DELIVERY TIMES

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, typical delivery times are:

Denmark:  2–4 business days

Rest of EU:  4–8 business days

International:  Contact us before ordering

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — any such offer will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Orders shipped outside Denmark may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges levied by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

RISK & TITLE

Risk of loss and title to your order passes to you once we hand it over to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, losses or damage caused by the carrier or customs processing.

TRACKING

Where available, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
