Renowned for their impressive Darkstar November series (among many others), Bottle Logic Brewing have been perfecting their game for many years now, with their 2020 vintage hitting all the high marks. Full-on sweet molasses, spicy rye, chocolate oak and lots more combining to create a very special, bourbon barrel aged stout.

After discussing a possible collaboration between Bottle Logic and Phantom, Wes and his crew were kind enough to ship over some of their freshly dumped barrels, ripe with flavor. After 13 months of waiting it was a godly sight, as piles of vanilla beans came gushing out of the barrels just as we were getting ready to bottle what fittingly became Dark Moon October. We think you’re going to love it.

Impressions: Velvety vanilla, orange blossom honey, imperial milk chocolate, with a long and lingering rum-soaked woody aftertaste.
