Candidus White Vermouth (2017)

The production of Candidus White 2017 begins with a carefully selected base wine, a 2017 Chardonnay from Tre Monti. This wine serves as the foundation for the vermouth, providing a clean and crisp base upon which to build the complex flavor profile.

The heart of Candidus White lies in its botanicals, which are hand-gathered during the Summer Solstice from various locations across Denmark. These botanicals include various herbs, spices, and flowers, such as rose petals, sea sandwort, wood sorrel, pine shoots, lemon beebrush, mugwort, sage, yarrow, and cotton lavender. 

The resulting vermouth is a complex and aromatic spirit with a delicate balance of sweetness, bitterness, and herbal notes. Its versatility makes it a perfect choice for a wide range of cocktails, from classic Negronis to modern creations.
