Rum & Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee Gin

Coffee gin is the starting point. What came out the other end is something else entirely.

First into a rum barrel for 6 months, then a 4 month stay in a whiskey barrel — two rounds of wood that pulled the coffee deep and pushed everything else forward. Chocolate, cherry, vanilla, tobacco, honey, smoke. The gin underneath is still there, just buried under everything the barrels had to say.

Drink it cold, straight, or don't — it'll hold its own anywhere whiskey belongs.
