Release 2.07 - Smoked Venezuelan Rum - Warpigs Edition (11 y.o)

We’ve always loved taking risks with our barrel ageing program. For this project we took a batch of our 11 y.o smoked Venezuelan rum and gave it a few months in a Warpigs imperial stout barrel, tweaking the flavour profile.

Bottled at a civilised 45%, this drop is softer and rounder than the original cask-strength release — built for sipping, not showing off.

On the nose and palate: baked banana, dark treacle, soft roasted coffee, a little cocoa, and just enough smoke and tobacco to remind you where it started.
