Repeater III Coffee, Cacao, Cherry & Vanilla Gin

For the third instalment in our REPEATER series, twe set out to create a coffee gin with an unusual flavour profile so we teamed up with long-time friends from Chicago, Dark Matter Coffee, and German gin cardinal, Heiko Hoos.

DMC provided some of their amazing Bavarian wheat yeast fermented Cautai coffee beans from Guatemala, which Heiko then skilfully distilled in his lab in Karlsruhe, following a challenging but fun test and tweak the process.
